Your 401(k) account is accessed through your plan’s recordkeeper.
Savant does not hold participant usernames or passwords.

How to Find Your Recordkeeper and Access Your 401(k) Account
Each Savant‑advised retirement plan is administered by a third‑party recordkeeper.
Your recordkeeper manages your account login, balance, transactions, and statements.
Most participants can identify their recordkeeper using one of the following:
- Your enrollment or welcome email
- Your quarterly 401(k) statement
- Your employer’s HR or benefits portal
Once you’ve identified your recordkeeper, visit their website directly to log in.
To protect your security, Savant cannot access or reset participant login credentials.
If you’re unable to locate your recordkeeper or are having trouble logging in:
- Contact your plan’s recordkeeper for username, password, or account access help
- Or reach out to your employer’s HR or benefits team for guidance
- Or contact a Savant Retirement Specialist at 844.472.8268, available from 8am – 5pm (CST) Monday-Friday.
