Sammy has been involved in the customer service industry since 2019. Prior to joining Savant, she worked in retail management services, event and venue planning, and as a client support representative for a tech start-up company in Cincinnati.

Sammy earned a bachelor of science degree in merchandising, apparel, and textiles with a focus in marketing from the University of Kentucky. She has two sisters, is a dog lover, and enjoys tennis, hiking, reading, and socializing with friends.

I believe the core value of any company should be how we treat and care for our clients. Good communication and genuine interest in the clients as people go a long way toward company success and client retention.
