Rick has been involved in the financial services industry since 2008. Prior to joining Savant, he was a wholesaler with a national investment and commercial real estate institution, where he partnered with financial advisors and their clients to implement retirement income strategies. Rick received repeated recognition for achievements and was relied upon as a trusted educator to both brokers and their clients.

Rick earned a bachelor of arts degree in business with a focus on finance from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

Rick is married to Nicole and has three children, Noah, Avery, and Claire. He serves as a deacon and volunteers with the children’s programs at Elmhurst Christian Reformed Church. He enjoys playing golf, travel, boating, and spending time with his family. Rick is an avid Chicago sports fan.
