Nicole has been involved in the customer service industry since 2007. She earned a bachelor of science degree in elementary education from Crown College and a master of science degree in management and leadership from Western Governors University. Nicole is a Financial Paraplanner Qualified ProfessionalSM (FPQP®). She participated in the Rockford Chamber’s Rockford Leadership Alliance and Leadership Rockford.

Nicole enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two daughters. In the past, Nicole taught English as a second language and enjoyed learning more about the cultures of those she was teaching. She likes to stay connected to her Appalachian heritage by cooking delicious southern food and visiting the mountains as often as possible.
